3. Payment & Cancellation

- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
- Cancellation or scope changes must be requested in writing; fees may apply for work already completed.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your business purposes.
- CW Dev & Design retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Any third-party software or assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- While I strive for optimal performance and security, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or absolute protection against all threats.
6. Limitation of Liability
CW Dev & Design’s liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project at issue. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Any sensitive information you share (business plans, proprietary content) will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
